At Niraj Mistry Design Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality web and design services tailored to your needs. As a service-based business, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not issued once the work has started or been delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work closely with you to address concerns or make necessary revisions within the project scope.
2. Project-Based Services (Web Design, Development, UI/UX, Graphic Design)
- A full refund is available only if the project has not yet started and no initial concepts or materials have been shared.
- A partial refund may be issued if the project is in progress and less than 50% of the agreed scope has been completed. The refund amount will be based on the work completed and resources allocated.
- No refund will be provided once the project is 50% or more complete or the final deliverables have been shared.
3. Maintenance & Retainer Services
- Monthly or ongoing services (e.g., website maintenance) can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ written notice.
- If payment has already been made for the current billing cycle, no refunds will be issued, but services will continue until the end of the cycle.
4. Client Responsibility
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Delays caused by lack of communication or required materials from the client.
- Change of mind or decision to discontinue the project.
- Client dissatisfaction with a design after multiple rounds of approved revisions.
5. Payment Gateway Fees
Any payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
